writes:well im not sure how to explain this its kinda odd i suppose and may make me look like an a$$ but it bothers me and i need a lil helpive been datin my gf for about 2 years and her best friend is now engaged to my best friend which tore our friendship apart and my gf's and her bestfriend apart.well before me and my gf were datin we all went out bowling and i had to leave because i had football two-a-days in the mornin and when i left my best friend and my gf made out (this was a couple weeks before we started datin) but they never hooked up.my friend told me and i kinda got jealous but we werent datin so i couldnt do anything about it. about a year into our relationship i asked her about it and she said that they had been talkin but since he was also talkin to her best friend that she didnt care about him and she only cares about me. but she always says that she is jealous of her friend, i aint sure if its cause of my best friend and they had a "thing" and she still likes him cause he is a good ole country boy (like me but he is way better lookin lol no homo) or if its cause my friend and his gf are gettin engaged...i aint sure but i dont wanna keep bringin it up cause it was somewhat before me... but it was best friend and she didnt say anything till i brought it up a year later.so i guess my questions are 1) do yall think she has feeling about my friend or is it just the enagment thats shes jealous of?2) should i feel jealous cause of this?3) if im supposed to be jealous of that how am i supposed to get over it?sorry this is so long and pretty confusing but any help would well help! if yall have any questions just let me know thanks!!!!

 I don't think she is jealous that her friend is with your best friend, my guess is that she is just jealous of her friend as a person. It could be lots off things, maybe she thinks she is better looking than she is. Maybe she is jealous that she is settling down. It is probably just between the two girls. But you both have been together for a long time, so I think the best thing for you to do is to talk to her about your worries and allow her to reassure you.
