We have gotten close on a night out before, as in kissing in a corner, although we were tiddly. It felt dead natural. Now she still makes conversation with me, teases me affectionately, pokes and tickles jokily and so on. I was a little drunk after work the other night [there is a bar where we work, where she was serving] because she kept pouring me drinks. As I sat outside, very dizzy, she stroked my hair while standing behind me, and I touched her hand for a moment. Is she interested or just treating me as a brotherly figure or adorable platonic friend?

I would say there is a chance here. In fact, I'd say a very good chance. The hair touching is a big sign. I'd say she is interested. Go for it.

you really need to ask her... but I am betting she might say she's interested....

It can be hard for guys to pick up signals from girls, and she probably thinks that she is sending out obvious signs that she likes you. Women like men to make the first move, and she is most likely just as shy and unsure as you are. Instead of trying to decode the things she does and says to you, ask her to dinner and take it from there. If she isnt interested, she will only be flattered that you asked. Good luck!
