I have a friend that is a virgin and might be horny and I want to find out so I can cheat on my girlfriend. But I want to find out without my girlfriend feeling betrayed and dumping me.
Just seems like you are trying to gauge if you can sleep with her and not let your gf find out. OR so you can split with your girlfriend and get a nice little virgin.
Bottom line, jumping between best friends will backfire and you will find yourself alone. Not that you deserve any better as you are plotting behind your girlfriends back.

Yes, if she thinks they are cute she is interested. No, you can't have your "Friend"/"Girlfriend's Best Friend". Honestly, What can you be thinking? The CARDINAL RULE of dating is never date friends friends or ex's... Why? Life is too short for all the possible complications and there are plenty of strangers out there to date - complication free. BTW, if you are thinking of other girls (especially her friends) while dating your present girlfriend, then You aren't doing her any favours...

She's a young woman, with an interest in dating..that is it. She is confiding in you, so understand...she doesn't view you as anything else but a confidante. Why would you taint this friendship by asking "How you can find out if she really wants it without insulting your g/f. How do you make a move, and how do you find out if she is really horny?" Very disrespectful of you. Why? It's none of your business, so you'd be best to back away from this one.
Did I read this wrong or I could honestly swear, you just wrote in here and expressed an interest in 'shagging' your gf's virginal best friend? I sure hope not. Yikes! Let this one go and focus on your own gf.

Your friend may be just confiding in you, it is her business if she is a virgin or if she fancies other guys, it is only natural, she is a woman.
From your comment, she has not said she fancies you though.
Be careful that you do not make a move and ended up with no girl. The expression better 1 in the hand than 2 in the air springs to mind.
Never come between 2 friends either, bad news.
If you really have feelings for this girl, then do the right thing with current girl and finish it.
Karma has a habit of bitting you in the butt. You would not to be played yourself I am sure!
