It certainly sounds like she's having an orgasm. Don't be surprised if she needs your tongue or fingers to get her there, and can't achieve orgasm with you inside her - that's not unusual. But . . . it gives the two of you a wonderful opportunity to experiment and find out what she responds to. (Most women are more likely to reach orgasm during intercourse if they are on top, or if she (or her partner) can rub or finger her while he's stroking.)
Just don't pressure her. It's a macho thing to think that she should climax while you're inside her, but a lot of women have difficulty doing this.

Sounds like it! A good orgasm definitely makes your legs weak and oral sex is usually a good way to get one. You could always just ask her right after, "did you have an orgasm?" I bet she'd be more than happy to gush a little afterwards.
