Is sex my anti-depressant?

I've found that lately... (due to scheduling) my boyfriend and I haven't been seeing eachother as much which upsets me a little but hey, we got work right, but I guess what I'm confused about is my moods. I mean when I get to see him I'm usually in a bad mood until we have sex and i'm the happiest person ever. Why is that? Even if I masterbate I'm not nearly as happy as I am when I'm with him. In a crazy way it's like I'm addicted to him. But I don't want him to feel like I'm using him for sex. Is this normal?? Or just a phase that I'm going through?

I am 25 and a guy and I am exactly the same. I've been like that for years so for me at least it isn't a phase. For some people I think sex is their "thing" that keeps them grounded.
