 Not much information provided, and I'm not sure whether the poster is heterosexual or lesbian, but I basically agree with "strontiumdog," "satindesire and "Roadster73." It depends on the woman, and even more on the skill and experience of the provider.
It's a fact that some women who have never experienced oral sex (cunnilingus) applied skillfully, or at all, may actually realize their first, or most intense, orgasms in life - almost as an awakening. As "satindesire" notes, clitoral stimulation is most effective for many if not most women, and may even be life changing.

One thing though, liked Strontumdog said, you do loose some inhibitions when drunk, but.... that doesn't always mean you are doing a better job in the sack. you might "think" you are... Alcohol is funny that way.

 I was never that worried about oral sex, I thought it was ok but never raved about it untill I met my hb.. He is sooo fantastic at it that i now prefer it too sex!!
