5.4" would be a little small if your were fully developed, but most guys don't finish puberty until somewhere around 16-18 years old. If you're already 5.4", then even if it doesn't grow, you would still be average, only at the lower end of it. I would think that by the time you're 18, you will be bigger, and totally normal. Puberty is funny, it's like it doubles in size almost all at once, then grows a little over the next few years.
I know you're going to ignore this advice (since all males do worry about penis size), but don't obsess over it at this age. I had this guy pointing and joking at me when I was around 14 or 15 because I had pubic hair and was about 4 inches flaccid (this was in a locker room). He was a late bloomer, so guess what I did, I knew this girl he liked and was hitting on, so I asked her out, and after a few dates I had sex with her. Well, they dated about 2 years later, and after they broke up, she told me how much bigger I was, I had the last laugh and joke on him for being such an asshole. Like I said, don't worry about it at this age. Write back when you're 18 if it's still only 5.4", but who knows, by then it could be 8"!

the average male is between 5.2 and 7.2 inches depending mainly on race but also who did the messuring (males made it bigger than females). height supriseingly has nothing to do with your lunch box size.
