He even said that I could get any guy I wanted and wanted to set me up with his friends. My friend said she'd call me so we can hang out but she never did. I recently saw her and she was like kind of standoffish. Is she jealous of me or something?

Why not call your friend and ask her if he's got you fixed up with one of his mates yet so that you can all go off in a foursome?

You won't know unless you ask but you're probably reading too much into it. Maybe she was just busy or tired, or thinking of other things and distracted. When other people are acting funny, people have a tendency to assume it's about them or something they did, when it's usually not.
I've said similar things to friends of my girlfriend when we first met, usually just to make them feel relaxed and to make a good first impression. It's never bothered my girlfriend as she wants us all to get along and for her friends to like me. She knows I'm not being altogether sincere. I'm not saying you're not gorgeous, I'm sure you are, but maybe you over-interpreted what he was saying. He could just be a nice guy.
