Put from the opinion of a 15 year old I definitly would not consider this slutty behaviour.
If she had slept with them thats a different story.

She kissed these boys: she didn’t go further or have sex with them.
It was her party with alcohol involved. Spirits were high. These guys were willing to make out with her too: it wasn’t all of her doing.
If she can handle the consequences of her actions – like leading these guys on or having her friends assume she’s a slut - then I personally see now problem with what she is doing.

Sure we are usualy quite drunk but thats half the fun tbh and we are 15/16 and a few older. Dont worry about it, I expect she will regret it later on but for now have fun

No your friend is no slut, she has done nothing wrong. She wanted to enjoy herself and she did. Did you go to the party? Whilst she was kissing these guys, what was you doing? Were you sitting alone all by yourself wondering why your not having fun? She's a virgin, she kissed some guys, big deal. Who did she hurt, nobody, not even herself, she has done nothing wrong.
It is very clear that this was your friends 18th birthday party, she has finally reached the age of consent and she was celebrating. She has not had sex with anyone, she flirted and kissed a couple of guys to celebrate her birthday. I bet most people understood that and they didn't judge her behavior as anything more than the birthday girl having a good time. Leave her to look after her business and you look after yours. Girls that judge other girls harshly are not attractive, and as I said, jealousy comes to mind.

I'd warn her that some people might consider kissing 3 guys in a night slutty behaviour.
Personally I think that since she is 18 and still a virgin and only kissing boys then she is in no way a slut, just a bit silly for leading 3 boys on. That kind of thing starts fights.

I am still a virgin as well. It is at an age where you want to have fun. As long as she is not going all the way every time then she is not a slut. People will think of her as a slut (i.e. maybe you), but in reality she still kept her virginity and she still was aware of what she was doing. It really depends on what you or she thinks of as slutty as well.

Me personally I would say that is borderline slut behavior... she doesn't want to damage her reputation... maybe kissing 3 guys all in one night is pushing it.
