I can still pull it up over the penis head but it does not stay for long and just rolls back to where it wants to be, it feels great and I would not want it any other way now.

hey buddy, its just fine. you are lucky you won't have a hard time pulling it all the way back. My foreskin covers the head completely and when i was young had a hard time pulling it all the way back.

Your foreskin is probably just fine. Few uncircumcised penises have foreskins which overhang their glans. It's normal for your foreskin to cover at lot or most of your foreskin if you are not circumcised. Be thankful that your parents did not have your penis mutilated--you will be happy for the rest of your life with your penis.

That means if your partners in future have a preferance then they will probably be happy with what you have got. I'm my opinion you have it better than tightly circumcised guys as some have pain when hard and need lube or spit to wank, or a str8 guy with excess forskin as it can freek out some girls and needs extra care with hygne to keep the ladies happy. (alot of gay guys think the more skin the better and alot of women in the states prefer a tight circumsion)
Let the lesson be that you just need (like most of us guys)to be happy with what we have got and know it might not be some peoples cup of tea but there will always be someone keen on what we are packing.

It is quite normal and you may find it is more comfortable to keep the skin retracted behind the head. Mine has been like this since puberty and although a bit uncomfortable at first I would not have it any other way now.

Never smegma and bad smell, my glans is without sensibilty, never precocius ejaculation, more expanded ridge coronal of my glans penis. I'm uncut, but I wear retracted my foreskin since forty years ago, when I was thirteen years old, by medical instruction after my frenulumtomy.

In erection, all the foreskin is retracted. I advice the cut frenulum. In my early teens, i had the frenulotomy and since then, I wear retracted my foreskin all times. My penis makes aline to be circunciced. I am happy with my short foreskin without the frenulum.

At your age, you have probably been masturbating for a couple of years. If you are uncircumsized, your foreskin may just be rolled under, and a gentle tug will bring it out and over the head of your penis. If you are circumsized, the foreskin should not be able to cover the head of your penis. You should be pulling the foreskin back daily to wash your penis and under the rim of the crown as a matter of basic hygiene. If you still have questions, ask a doctor.
