 Yeah, he's messing with your head, simply because it bothered you enough to ask for advice here. Not to be sarcastic or anything, but why are you bothering with this guy. He's inconsistant, only loves you when he's drunk and messes with your head. Remove his number from your cell, don't answer his test messages, and quit allowing yourself to be a 'victim' of his drunk dialing. Brutal yes, but you asked.
