well my best guy friend alllwaayyssss pokes and tickles me, and he's aware it annoys the hell out of me! lol but he tells me its just funny how I react and its nice to get a smile and laugh out of me. unless he's tickling and poking your tits, vag and ass, I don't think its sexual. and even more so if he starts groping you. porn is porn and I doubt it has relations to use, only because he's a teenage boy! that's what they do.

He's probably just being very annoying as he is a 15 yearold boy.
Next time he does it, slap him and yell "get off me you pervert" loud enough for your dad to hear.
He might get the message that it's not appropriate after that.

 its very hard to tell if he is being sexual or not. to be honest i dont think so, but i could be wrong. next time he pokes or tickles you ask him to stop - you dont like it and it makes you uncomfortable. he is not really doing anything inappropriate at the moment, so telling his family would be a bad idea. however, if the behaviour does escalate, then talk to someone. but for the moment i dont think its sexual.
