Regardless of that, if you want to " stay out of trouble " you may want to think it over very well before going ahead with your plans. I know that this is not what you asked about, but we get many many posts from India and we get the feeling that somehow there is always " trouble " around the issue of virginity or loss of the same.
The girl has trouble finding someone who will marry her, the new husband is jealous about the past, parents get upset or furious, the girl gets socially ostracized , the relationship must be kept secret, etc.etc.
Now I am not saying that you have to blindly abide by old fashioned rules based on ideas that you do not share ,in fact as long as everybody does so , nothing will change in society. BUT, you have to be aware that, being things the way they are, having premarital sex with ... a kid may result more difficult than you expect. At least if he were older, he could stand by you in case there IS " trouble " and help you deal with stuff. Think about it.

It;s different in other countrys....Over in England it's legal HOWEVER I still think it's too young. His barely out of nappies ( in boy years ) lol but only you can know what's right for you. if it's legal in your country then it's up to you what to do. I would concider how his parents might feel if they find out though!!!
