Which are the best ways for a lady to do it if she has never made love before? I have not many ideas about it and don't know if I'm doing it rightthanks a lot Reply to this Question Share |

If you've never had anyone inside you before, I recommend a small vibrator. Start using it around the less sensitive areas and work your way to your clitorous. If you can't use it directly on your clitorous due to pain do it through the skin that covers the clitorous. You could try inserting it but frankly when I was a virgin I found this too painful.

I actually do feel masturbating is healthy, everyone does it at some point and what better way to learn about your body and the things you enjoy then exploring it yourself.
Everyone is different and likes being touched in different places and ways the best thing you can do is just experiment and discover what it is you enjoy.
Good luck :o)
