Its difficult defining normal. It is also not helpful. A better question is whether it is healthy for your development and happiness. I would say you need to place your attention on making new friends and meeting girls that make you happy. Oedipus complex is quite natural - you may have some relationship issues with your mother that need correcting to increase or reduce intimacy with her. I recommend you see a counsellor.
