Is it possible to fall in love with someone literally as soon as you see them?

I use Facebook as my main way of communication with my friends. My cousin changed his status and a friend of his commented on it. The comments between my cousin and the girl and myself and the girl slowly started to become one conversation and eventually it was just me and the girl.

She added me as a friend so we could have a private chat. She seemed really nice and as we were talking I was looking through her information and photos. Shes stunning and to be honest her personality is fantastic.

I was with my ex for 2 years and within 3 hours of meeting this girl online Facebook I think shes made the impact it took my ex 2 months to make.

I told her towards ther end of the conversation I would like to make chatting to her a frequent thing and throughout the entire conversation I was complimenting her.

Can you fall in love with someone that easily and what should I do?

Thankyou if you can help.

It DOES exist. But it is rarer than diamonds. Most of us have to be content to fall in love over a longer period of time.

person12345 agony auntThis is called a crush. I don't know why people ever use the phrase "silly little crush" and then try to justify it away as love, not a crush. Anyone who has ever had a crush knows it's an IMMENSELY powerful feeling! Sometimes it's actually easier to be swept away by a crush/infatuation than true love. And you should definitely keep chatting with her and ask her out if you think she likes you too.

janniepeg agony auntI believe in love at first sight. If a girl is pretty she would get that from most males, so that makes the statement mean less. What you are experiencing doesn't count. You are basically just staring at pixels on the screen. When eyes meet, it's more than just seeing the facial features. Your pupils dilate, your hearts pump faster and you begin exchanging energies. You can't do that over the internet. The girl could be more photogenic than in real life. She would type in the best of herself and hide her flaws. Anyways you should meet her and make your dreams into reality.
