How do you define sex? Ask Bill Clinton, he seems to have a definition of his very own!
However, most people regard having penetrative sex with a penis as the only way to lose virginity, technically.
Why do you care?
In our age and moral climate, nobody seems to care, so just get on and enjoy it, whatever pleases you......

It`s like masturbating the other woman, I mean if you were to give a man a handjob you would be considered a virgin so is there really the difference is the penetration, but if you`ve masturbated before then wouldnt that also be considered lesbian sex? It all depends on how you feel afterwards.

It would depend on your definition of virgin there are many and they vary, In most cases lesbian sex would not count as loosing your virginity, The most widely accepted rule for for virginity for a female is never being penetrated by a penis , but then theres anal penetration vaginal and the use of objects and some would consider any type of sexual stimulation the loss of virginity so it all depends what you want to go with but i think you will be safe if you consider your self a virgin only if youve never had sexual intercourse involving penetration from a penis.
As for this whole innocence thing unless you can walk on water and have nail scared hands you lost that from birth

Well, it may be a loss of innocence, but technically not a loss of virginity, which is being vaginally penetrated by by a man's penis.

Well, you've a virgin in the sense that you havn't had penetrative sex with a man. But you're not a virgin in the sense of being innocent and not had sex. Making love/sex is still making love with a man or woman.

Actually, if you really want to be technical about it, you are still a virgin untill your hyman is broken, usually through penatration! So unless 'items' are inserted then 'technically' yes you can be a virgin after lesbian sex. But if you really want to be correct 'technically' you can loose your virginity riding a horse as the motion can also brake your hyman. So medically you could be a virgin yet sexually be experienced.
