In Georgia the age of consent is 16 and there's no close-in-age exception.
So, in 2 months you can do what you want, but right now you are still supposed to avoid any sexual contact ,vaginal or otherwise.
Kissing ( by which I suppose you mean French kissing , with fondling etc. ) is a grey area because the law makes it illegal for anybody to perform " any indecent or immoral act with or to a child under 16, with the intent to AROUSE or satisfy the sexual desires of either the child or the other person ".... so I suppose that , if a nosy neighbour catches you making out and looking a bit too much into it... in theory he could send your bf on the sex offenders registry. It's unlikely but... just in case, it's only two months after all. Wait :).
What makes it legal does not necessarily make it RIGHT, though. Some people would say that the age difference is inappropriate - how do your parents feel about it, are they OK with you dating a 20 y.o. old ?
