It was two years ago, before I met her, and she got over it because he wasn't allowed to date in high school. Would it be wrong to like him? She's liked other guys since then and last week she asked one out (he said no). But the thing is my friend's emotions have a tendency to run wild. She will get mad over small things, and i have a feeling if I started liking this guy, she would too. And to be honest she also has a tendency to misread signals and think a guy likes her and then ask them out. And of course if he says no I'll be expected to hate him as much as she does. Anyway, would it be wrong to like him and should I tell her? Reply to this Question Share |

It is not wrong of you to like him. You cant help how you feel about him and she never dated this guy so technically you are not treading on her toes. But if she is a good friend well then I think you should be honest with her and tell her how you feel. It is always better than trying to hide something.
