I've flirted with her a lot in person, over text and on the phone. I like her a lot as a person but I don't know if I would ever really want to BE with her. I think that my flirting has led her to believe that I definitely like her but I really don't know. I've always kind of been afraid of commitment and since my first girlfriend I've tried to remain single. Some days I feel like she's someone worth spending time with but other days I just feel like I don't want to ask her out and actually be her boyfriend.I guess I'm just really unsure about everything, and I'm not sure if it's wrong to go for it if I'm not 100% sure that it's what I want.

You must be careful with younger girls anyways, most are not very intelligent, they get infactuated easily, and can be very clingy. If you want your freedom, then stay away. You can try and keep her as a friend, but you should try dating other people, try someone your age first.
