Personally, I feel you are too old for her. You are very nearly an Adult, a grown man, and once you hit 18, you will no longer be considered a child. She is still a minor (under 18) and also, crucially legally underage.
On top of this, you also have the fact that you will be leading very different lives once you hit 18. I suspect you are doing A levels? So come September, are you going to be going off to University? Leaving the local area?
Once you are 18, you can go out, drink, go clubbing, dating women your own age. You could not do any of those things with a 15/16 year old. You wouldnt even be able to see 18 rated films at the cinema.
How mature were you at 15? What were you into? Probably very different things to those you are now.
Leave this girl alone and find someone your own age.

Dating her is acceptable, however having sex with her is illegal. By all means take her out for dates etc but if you have sexual intercourse with her before she is 16 you are breaking the law.
And no, it doesn't make you a pervert to date her.
Hope this helps.
