Is it worth contacting him again?

Question - (7 September 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 7 September 2009)
A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

My b/f and me split up 5 months ago after 3 years. He said he 'couldn't do this anymore' and I was so hurt. I still love him and he was also a big part of my 8 year old daughter's life. I received a parcel last week with a few objects that I left at his house (a hairbrush, toothbrush, pair of sneakers). There was also a note saying he found these things and thought I might need them!?

I'm now torn between thinking he's trying to make contact but hasn't the balls to call me and he's got someone else so is he getting rid of all my things.

Should I get in touch with him or maintain my dignity?

A female reader, anonymous, writes (7 September 2009):

I'm afraid the answer here is clear and it's "no". If he wanted to call you - he would have! If he doesn't have the courage to do so - he doesn't want to to reach out. It's that simple. Sorry to be so blunt, but men are very simple in their "mating dance". If they really want a woman they will cross the ocean to get to her.

Please move on and don't dwell on a box of nick-nacks and its' possible hidden meaning. It's not there...

Good luck!
