And why do you want to ask your married boss who reminds you of your sister out?
You can't ask out your boss because:
1. I'm certain it's against the company fraternization policy and you could lose your job.
2. She's your boss.
3. She's married which makes her UNAVAILABLE!!!!
Don't ask out your boss, and yes people will think you're weird or an idiot for doing so.
