I know this probably isn't an std, but I masturbate quite frequently, and I don't know if that has anything to do with the fact that my penis hurts. It's not a horrible pain, just a slight sting, and it kind of itches, is that just because there's still soap in there, or is it because I masturbate often??

It could be a urinary tract infection - see a doctor to check for bacterial infection. It can be easily treated with antibiotics. If it is not that, tell your doctor about your symptoms so that the cause can be identified.
