Sadly, it's uncommon for the tests to be wrong, so if it said positive then it is probably positive. It's time to get yourself down to the doctor to confirm it.

The next logical step to take is call the DR and go see him. Most dr offices use the same tests that we do at home. He will want to test you to be sure, but if its says + then it most likely is +

reader, anonymous, writes (21 April 2009): I had really short light period either when I was pregnant in the beginning or RIGHT before I got pregnant and if the test says yes...its probably a yes. The only advice I can is maybe try one of the digital more expensive tests if you didn't because I know that they work better.
