writes:Im 19 years old. I have been with my boyfriend for about 2 1/2 months. He is 43. We really get along great. We live in two different states. I fly out there every weekend to spend the weekend with him. He says he is falling in love with me. Is that strange for an older man to say that to a younger girl? I feel the same way about him. I just thought I would get some input on this situation.

I'm no expert... yet, but if you 2 are in love and you decide someday that you want to get married and have kids, that would be pretty complicated.... because he may not have the energy to have sex by the time you think you decide hook up with him. Are you really sure he is worth it to fly on a plane to see him EVERY weekend???! You could have so much more to live for. If you find a guy who could be close enough to you, whose closer to your age, and who you absolutely KNOW won't leet you down, then you're perfectly good to go. I have a long distance rellationship also, but I'm still trying to work it out by email. It doesn't always work that way for me, but maybe you should at least give it a try and see what happens!!

 No. If you love him and he loves you then thats great. Age shouldn't really matter except when its illegal.
But if you do decide to take that path and you want to spend the rest of your life with him then you must understand what he will be like when you are 30 he will be 54 and when you are 40 he will be 64. he might love you and you him. but someday you may want to be with someone your own age especially when your 25 to 30 your friends will want to go to clubs and guys will hit on you that will be very sexy. can you handle all this? do you think it might break his heart someday? I think you have a bit of thinking to do (at least think about it for yourself) your only 19 things are just starting for you. Its just something to think about thats all...
