Consider than the age of consent (at least in the UK) is 16, which it wouldn't be if you were going around giving girls cancer. If you don't have the HPV and she doesn't then you're not going to raise her chances.

If you at all can get the vaccine, in some countries you have to pay a lot of money for it, and even so they still wont give it to just about anyone. If a woman has had sex, she could still benefit from the vaccine, but I am not sure if she will get a hold of it. Me and my friends wanted it when it first came out, but we're not allowed because we're not virgins!
