If you are comfortable with it and want to do it then there should be no problem with it whatsoever.
As for it harmimg the pregnancy if it did then you would most probably be the first.

There is no outright reason why you shouldn't have anal sex if you wish unless a midwife or doctor has told you there are medical complications with the pregnancy that make any sexual activity unwise. However, you should be aware that you are more prone to vaginal infections during pregnancy and that means taking extra care about cross-contamination (i.e. no vaginal sex just after anal sex). You may also find yourself a bit more tender in that area. Pregnant women sometimes get haemorrhoids so it helps to take matters slowly if you do have anal sex.
