I have been prescribed Mefenamic acid tablets by my doctor for painful periods, and I was wondering if anyone knows if its ok to take painkillers (specifically paracetamol) along side it? As I know its an anti-imflamatory medicine, but I'd also like to block some of the pain too lol. Is it safe to take Mefenamic acid and paracetemol at the same time?I cant call my chemist, as they have closed by this time, and the pain is kicking in :( Can anyone help? Thanks for reading, any help would be much appreciated x

All the best xx
