 I've never had any problems with this and, as far as I know, there isn't any risk of colon problems etc...
The anus isn't designed for sex, however it does have to deal with worse substances (eg poop) than cum.
The only issues you're likely to encounter are tears, blood and occasionally (if at all) a little discomfort/trouble going when you go to the loo.

 Well you won't get pregnant but there may be some internal damage. Nature didn't design it for sex. Sometimes there is tearing and bleeding. It is why there can be a concern over transmitting the HIV virus that way.
