Yes, there is a surgery that can be done to reconstruct the hymen. I don't know hoe good the recreation is, but I wouldn't look at cheap doctors.

but the thing is that i lost my virginity with someone i love and i don't regret it.some problems happened and we had to brake up.in our tradition the girl has to be a virgin before getting married or it will be a bad reputation for the family.so am asking for a solution for this if i want to get married

Why do you need to get your virginity back? Will it be a problem for you when getting married, or something?

Once you have lost it its not something you can do again for the first time .I would leave it be .There is a virgin and then there is a VIRGIN and once you have lost your virginity the only thing to be is a virgin not because it will ever be your first time again but because you decided you didnt want to do it again and decided not to have sex for a very long time again if that makes since .That being said you can go without having sex for a long time and it feel Almost like the first time the next time you do it .......But you can never have someone so to say bust your cherry again if I may say that without sounding vulgar ..

There is a surgery that recreates the hymen (or something just as crazy), but in all honesty, the moment you had sex you lost your virginity, and nothing can bring that back. The surgery is only a cosmetic procedure.
If you are ashamed of your past, there is nothing wrong with pledging abstinence to yourself, and I think people would respect that more.
Imagine if you met a guy who said he was a virgin, and then you later find out he lied to you about not having sex ever. You owe it to future sexual partners to disclose your sexual history with them.

there is... but really whats the point? virginity isnt something you "lose" or "give away", its your choice to start exploring sexually and its your personal choice
