If you used emergency contraception, it is extremely unlikely that you will get pregnant. I think you should stop worrying so much. You've done everything you can and you are only going to mess up your menstrual cycle due to stress.

 Sperm dies outside of the body, it can only live for maybe a few minutes. If he fingered you a little while afterwards, there is little and no chance of pregnancy. If his finger was dry before he put his finger in you, then whatever sperm had been on it would be dead. Sperm can only survive for a few minutes when it is wet, so if his finger was dry it was most definitely not sperm on it that was alive.
Second, you took the morning after pill. That secures you by far, and I can say you have close to 0% chance of pregnancy now. You had about 0% to begin with, the morning after pill was in this case unnecessary, but it is good that you took it. When in doubt, it is always best to take it, to be on the safe side.
Last: yes it possible to get pregnant while you are not ovulating. There are some days where you have basically no chance of getting pregnant, but you are not capable to calculate those days out by yourself. However they do sell Personal Fertility Computers that measure your body temperature to see what days you are "safe" on. http://www.contracept.org/computers.php
