The only way to not get pregnant is to use birth control and have him use a condom every time. Getting pregnant is substantially harder to accomplish than getting an std. When I was 17 and naive a girl I was with told me about the cycle method and how she couldn't get pregnant if she was on her period. Guess what? Three months later she was pregnant and decided she had to get an abortion. I would have gladly worn a condom every time if I could spare that learning experience.

If you mean you've had your period for 14 days, you should go to a doctor. If you mean 14 days after your period started or ended, than there's a good chance.
