reader, anonymous, writes (7 June 2008): It is so very very unlikely. You have to have some sort of penetration, and not the thought of it. So dont worry, and cherish the moment when you do have sex, but wear protection until you are ready to be parents.

 Its highly unlikely. Infact extremly unlikely. I realy dont think its possible, unless sperm traveled through TWO LAYERS of clothing. If your worried take a pregnancy test, but im sure it cant happen. Pregnancy comes from sex!

 I wouldn't worry about it. The chances of falling pregnant in this case are really very small. The boy would have to have had a lot of precum and been in exactly the critical place for quite a long time for any possible sperm to get through two layers of underwear and make her pregnant. If this were causing (unnecessary) worry, a pregnancy test could be bought just to be sure.
