 It depends what you're going to be in contact with. A while back, a woman in a company had gonhorrea, and she sat on a seat. One of her blisters popped, and it got on the seat, without her realizing it. It was a unisex bathroom, and before the day was out, many people had contracted it.
I would have yourself checked out if you're really concerned.

 It is possible you could have caught pubic lice if the person who had the dress before you was infected. The lice can live on bed linens and in clothes for a long period of time. If you have them the main symptom is extreme itching and you can usually see them moving about down there. However, if you're not getting either of these symptoms it's highly unlikely you're infected. If you are visit your local pharmacist who can advise you of a good shampoo.

 No, not from just not wearing any underwear. The only thing I can think of is that if you sat down on something cold you could have gotten a urine tract infection, but that's possible even with panties on.
If you did something sexual with another person while not wearing any underwear, then that's a different thing =)
If you're experiencing any symptoms of disease "down there" you should do a check up with a doctor so at least you can stop worrying (and worst case scenario; so you can get proper medication).
For future adventures in dresses I would like to recommend a visit to Victoria's secret. There are amazing underwear there which don't show even if you're wearing a tight dress.
