I don't have a problem my dear anon female. I simply stated my opinion. You stated yours. Granted, I should've worded it better I admit...but thats just what I think, like it or lump it. Good for you if sex is better while you're on your period. All I was trying to say is that I wouldn't do it. No need to get angry with me for it :P

Also, I don't know about anyone else but...having sex while you're on your period is pretty gross (in my opinion). It would put me right off if I was a guy, and I'd never be in the mood for it during my period anyway. I shudder at the thought! ewww. :P

"Can you get pregnant during your period?
The debate on whether or not a woman can get pregnant during her period has been going on for decades now. Just like every woman is different, so are her hormonal balances and hence her menstrual cycle. Though there are generalities on which some ground basics of menstruation and pregnancy can be formed, but eventually it all boils down to individual physiology. So, YES YOU CAN GET PREGNANT DURING YOUR PERIOD. There is a DEFINITE CHANCE that any woman CAN get pregnant during her periods. Though the chances of pregnancy during periods are usually low during periods, they exist for all women.DURING PERIODS, THE CHANCES OF PREGNANCY ARE COMPARATIVELY LOWER AT THE ONSET OF A WOMAN'S PERIOD and increase just after her periods. The truth is that there is NO PREDICTABLE TIME during the month when the risk of pregnancy can be said to be absent."

Hello Katz,
Like it has already been stated, there is less of a chance that you will get pregnant during your period, but it can ***DEFINITLY*** still happen.
Since you aren't happy with any of the answers you're getting here, I suggest calling up your doctor or gynecologist office and asking them.
Take care.

Listen honey, everybody is different, some women can get pregnant if you just look at them the wrong way. Some women battle infertility but there is no way of being safe without using birth control. Catholics were forbidden to use birth control and tried to keep a close eye on their cycles to avoid getting pregnant, it didn't work.

You can get pregnant ANY TIME. There is no safe time. Always be prepared and use both condom and birth control pills to be safe.
