Like her legs were definitely thinner and her waist was smaller, her stomach was as flat as it gets!!? I just can't get my head around to understand how she lost so much in 7 days!!? She's not anorexic thin, she's just thin if that makes sense... i told her she looked skinnier and asked how she managed that, all she said was hardcore exercise and healthy diet. I mean in some way that does make sense why she was always at the gym everyday that week and didn't want to go for pizza....But still, is she telling the truth.. is that possible?? Because i told my mum and she said it doesn't sound right, she even saw her herself and noticed she lost weight! Can anyone help on this? I don't want to jump to conclusions if she is telling the truth....

Try not to be upset or listen to your Mum.
Everyone is different and it is good that we are!
Attractiveness is not in weight but in health.
She sounds quite healthy to me and also quite conscious of being fit, so good for her.

Weight loss is more noticeable on someone who is already thin than on someone who is chubby. A 5 pound weight loss on a skinny person will without a doubt be more noticeable than on a overweight person who it may not even be noticeable on. I have lost about 4 to 5 pounds before in just one week.
Consistent diet and exercise works wonders. She probably did shed a few pounds in that week and because she is already thin it was very apparent.

Hard to say. I don't know how much she actually lost in that week. Loosing belly fat (if she had any) takes more then a week, same with waist and leg fat. BUT with that said, she wouldn't have lost anything significantly by starving herself either (for instance). Not in one week. MAYBE... you haven't noticed it til now? How long has she been working out?
