After we broke up, we didn't really speak and we would hook up from time to time but there was never anything more. Now, he talks to me everyday and almost always initiates the texting. He's attentive to me in social situations like at parties I always catch him staring at me, when we were sitting on a couch with a friend he started scratching/rubbing my back. Then one night when we were watching a movie with friends, he stuck his finger in a jar of nutella and made me eat it off his finger. And he gives me back massages and asks me to come over for naps, not to nap and have sex, but just to nap. And on the nights I stay over after he's asked me to hang out, he holds me really tight and always reaches for my hand.Now I know he could be doing this all for the attention he'll get out of it, but could it possibly mean he still has feelings for me?

 Yes it does sound like he does still have feelings for you. Therefore if you want to get back with him, then talk to him about it and ask him does he still like you. Goodluck sweetie.

Yup, it sounds like he is interested again. Why dont you ask him since you guys were together before, it shouldn't be that big of a deal right?
If you still want to get back with him, then follow his footsteps,if not you probably shouldn't do this.
