Hi,
It has been a long time since I had my first kiss but I do remember feeling the same way that you are. Do you know if she has ever kissed anybody before? I think that you should just kiss her, Maybe just a peck(no tongue) and see how she reacts. Either she will go for it or might just back away a little, but I doubt she will be totally freaked out. Keep in mind though that this might be her first kiss too and that is a very special thing, so make sure you are sweet to her! I have a feeling that she is waiting for you to kiss her. And if she does act a little weird when it happens it might just be because shes nervous just like you are, which is totally normal

 Just take it slow first off. Start by doing small kisses until you get more used to it and see how she reacts. Kiss her cheek or forehead and work from that. Then peck her on the mouth and just work your way up to it until you feel comfortable.
There are no rules for kissing just do what feels natural to you. Some people softly use there tongue and some people dont. Believe me it will come natural to you and before you know it you 2 will be kissing all the time.
