I used to multi-orgasm regularly, I don't know about multi-ejaculations I suspect it's not possible/wise. If this is your only goal then I can't give you specific techniques to develop the ability.
However if you want to generally increase your libido, staying power, strength of your erections and possibly unlock the ability to become multi-orgasmic, then there are a few things you can do. I suspect the book that Fade878 has mentioned describes them, I dunno I haven't read that one.
The most basic thing is to train your PC muscle. There's other stuff like controlling your breathing, but everything stems from training that PC muscle, so google it and you'll be on the right path.

 This has reportedly been documented with at least one subject, a male who could ejaculate multiple times within several minutes of each, but typically, the normal male ejaculates once and is usually finished for perhaps a half hour or more. Then if you study Kama Sutra, there are techniques used to orgasm repeatedly, normally with ejaculations.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 December 2008): yes it is true. my boy friend gets off more than once.. but the second time always takes longer to get off.. and yes you do actually ejaculate.. so make sure you're protected even after you've got off your first time...
