Yes you can get pregnant while off the pill for your period. Drinking can cause a miscarrage but it mostly causes birth defects, premature birth, and low birth weight.

Yes, its possible to get pregnant on your period. But its NOT LIKELY that you will get pregnant, because the egg would most likely still be in your fallopian tube, or just preparing to release into the fallopian tube. If you are having your period, that most likely means that the egg is being shed with the blood from your womb.
Drinking is a yes and no. If you are pregnant, drinking will damage the cell reproduction of the zygote [the fertalized egg and sperm] when it is starting. But most likely the zygote will servive if you drink just a little, but drinking can lead to birth defects or like mental retardation.
If you think you might have gotten pregnant, my suggestion is to tell a trustworthy adult, if not your parents, and take a pregnancy. Planned parenthood is a good place to go, and they are very kind.
