A male India age 30-35, anonymous writes:

ok. I like a girl(i'll call her G1) at my college, but we have never really met before. just once at a scholarship function. and we haven't really talked. but we have a mutual friend who happens to be a good friend of mine (this one's G2). I really like her and I want to ask G1 out and I have been talking to G2 about this... to sort of give a good introduction about me to G1. Is it ok if I ask G1 out on the first go, for a cup of coffee or something? I'll be meeting her next week. I'm getting cold feet here... :D

your help and advise is much needed!

queit-echo, G2 is a friend who's gonna help me out a bit with getting it right with G1. I just wanted to know whether it would be alright if I asked her out the first time I meet her. Thanks for the help!
