It's called masterbation and is perfectly normal for someone your age.
In fact it is good in a way that you are doing it as
a) you are got going out trying to get a guy to do it
b) you are not discovering that 14 year old boys have no idea how to do it
c) when you do start doing sexual stuff with boys in a few years you will be more aware of what you like and be able to enjoy it more with a guy you love and trust.
