 Its how you feel, and its ok. I've wanted to kiss one of my friends. i think that feeling came from how emotionally close i felt to her. I never did, nor did i ever talk about it, it was just a feeling i had sometimes and i enjoyed it for what it was. Its ok to let yourself feel, and that feeling is not a be trail of your love for the guy.

 You should wait on it a bit longer. If she isn't attracted to girls, you run the risk of losing your BFF. AND if you are in love with a guy, chances are you are straight but having feelings in both directions. It's not unusual for girls to crush on other girls at your age, but if you are also crushing on boys, most likely, you are straight. You are young, and while you are figuring all of your feelings out, you don't have to act on every single one of them. If you take your time, you will start to see patterns in how you feel, and in time things will become clearer to you. Most of the gay women that I have known didn't ever have crushes on guys in high school though. Just a few thoughts, hope it helped.
