 I had the same question after I shared a passionate kiss that ended up turning into a serious make-out session on my couch, in the hallway, in the elevator, in the lobby, and at the front door. We kept dating and eventually all the guy wanted from me was sex.
I say passionate kiss is okay but maybe not as far as I went. And if it does go there... ask yourself why. Maybe he is wanting one thing but with some cuddling benefits.

but if you dont want that then give it sometime like the 2nd or 3rd date or something by then you should have gotten to known him better and then know you can do that
