writes: i want to know what a sex addicit is? the reason why im asking is because alot of my friends tease me saying im far too addicted to sex for a normal girl, im not in a relationship but have friends with benefits, and i see them very often, im not on here to brag or anything honest its just when i dont have sex i get really annoyed like, its really wierd, is it normal to want sex all the time, or is it a problem?

Sounds like you just like sex. It's totally normal. An addiction is different from just having tons of sex in that you need sex so much that it interferes with your ability to have normal relationships and generally causes problems in life. So long as you're not at the point where sex is more important than anything else in the whole world, then you're totally normal. It's a myth that women shouldn't have really high sex drives.

Its normal you just usually never hear a girl admit it and its always thought to be a guy thing. You and me both are at that age where the sex drive is high and I say go with it as long as you're safe.

If you get annoyed when you don't have sex I would say it's a problem. A high sex drive can certainly be normal, but once it affects your mood and functioning I think it's in the realm of problematic.
