I don't think I've quite got the hang of them yet as I've only just started, but sometimes I have to stop because the movement kinda turns me on! Should I be worried? What's the point of squeezing your orgasm muscles if it DOESN'T turn you on? Don't you do those exercises for better sex/orgasms? Lots of women can orgasm just from squeezing their muscles in the right way. So no, not abnormal. Not like anyone can see that you're aroused!

The more you work at this technique, the closure you are to being a master over your thoughts and body. Yay!
