I can bearly last for more than 2 min but the second and third round I can at least last a bit longer compared to the the first one. To women, do your men really suffer from this? And to men is this really normal for the first round, if no what can I do/remedy? Thanks in advance any advice or reply will be highly appreciated. Thanks. Reply to this Question Share |

He thinks of things that aren't turn ons and that helps.

You didn't mention how often you have sex, but if it's the same thing, increasing how often you have sex may make you last a little longer.
If not it may just be an issue of premature ejaculation and something you could talk to your GP about getting treatment for.
I personally don't mind when my partner doesn't last, as long as there is a second round ;)
Just talk about it with your sexual partner and discuss whether it's an issue for them or not, as well.
It's your body, though, and if it bothers you then fix it :)
