Is it normal to bleed after sex ?

I have had sex many times before, but wasn't having sex for about three months. After this break I have had sex twice and both times bled. Is it normal?

Farris agony auntYes, it's pretty normal. In the time you weren't having sex, it's possible that the muscles you weren't using shrunk back; having sex stretched them out again.

If you continue to bleed during sex then you should ask your partner to be a little more gentle with you! If this doesn't help then you should definitely see a doctor about it, as it's not normal to bleed EVERY time.

it could have something to deal with your period but yes it normal as long as its not heavy
