He told me that he wants to be friends with benefits, but he also said that he is happy being just friends ( without the benefits ) if that's what i want, and he said he didn't mind either way which one i wanted, as he has missed having a chat with me. Is it normal for a guy who wants fwb to say he misses chatting with you ?. He had a girlfriend a while ago, but he said he is single now. Do you think he really is single, or do you think he could be pretending he is to get what he wants ?. And do you think he is lying by saying he would be friends without the benefits ?. At first, he only wanted me to go to his flat, but then, we met up for coffee once, and tonight, he told me that he would like to go to the theatre with me too, as we both like watching shows.

be friends not FWB
the only time FWB ever works IMO is when it's with an EX that you know you will never have a serious relationship with but you both enjoy each other and need that "release"
